As a part of Know Your State part -II sponsored by 57 Mtn Division -Red Sheild and organised by the Manipur Mountaineering & Trekking Association, Maj Vivek- 9 Engineer Regiment of 57 Mtn Division and Dr. L. Surjit Singh President MMTA Flagging off two Adventure trips of Valley youths of Manipur from MMTA on 12th February 2012 to Ukhrul and Tamenglong Districts respectively. Each party were compiled by 44 and 42 participants respectively. Maj Vivek encouraged the participants on behalf of Maj Gen Vinay Punen VSM GOC 57 Mtn Div during the flagging off ceremony and Dr. L. Surjit President MMTA briefed to the campers "what to do during their venture
